Welcome to VerifiID. These Terms govern your access to our services, including identity verification, background checks, biometric screening, and E-Verify processing. By using VerifiID, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Employers are responsible for adherence to all employment regulations.
π§Ύ E-Verify Terms
Employer Obligations
- Comply with federal and E-Verify program rules
- Obtain employee consent before verification
- Submit accurate information
- Do not pre-screen job applicants
- Respond to results within legal deadlines
Employee Rights
- Right to contest Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC)
- Sufficient time must be provided to resolve disputes
- No adverse action during resolution period
System Responsibility
- VerifiID serves as Employer Agent
- Not liable for E-Verify errors or delays
- Employers must ensure compliance

- $25 per E-Verify submission
- Bulk discounts available on request
- All submissions are non-refundable once filed
π Data Privacy & Handling
- Personal data is encrypted and securely transmitted
- SSNs are not stored beyond the verification period
- Employers retain responsibility for case records
π Case Resolution
- Action required within 10 business days
- Final Nonconfirmation may permit termination
- Employers must provide employees with resolution documentation

Partner Services
VerifiID partners with providers like Simplici for advanced screening.
Scope Includes:
- Criminal records (local/global)
- SSN validation
- Employment/education checks
- Sanctions & sex offender screenings
- Biometric verification (facial match, liveness detection)
Data Sources
VerifiID utilizes public records, proprietary databases, and third-party platforms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of external datasets.
β Consent & Dispute Rights
- Employers must obtain informed consent
- Employees may challenge and correct report data
π³ Fees & Billing
- Pricing varies by package and scope
- All services require prepayment before processing
π€ Dispute Resolution
All disputes should first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting VerifiID Support. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) guidelines. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
π‘οΈ Indemnification
Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless VerifiID from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services or employment decisions based on verification data. Users also agree to indemnify VerifiID for claims related to inaccuracies in background or E-Verify results.
π Third-Party Disclaimer
VerifiID integrates with third-party verification services and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of external data. Errors or delays stemming from these services are outside VerifiIDβs control.
π€ Account Responsibility
- Employers must safeguard VerifiID credentials
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Accounts may be suspended for violations
π« Acceptable Use Policy
- No discriminatory or illegal hiring practices
- No fraudulent verification requests
- No unconsented identity searches
- No violations of employment law

These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law. Disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts jurisdiction.
